IAK Building ranked “Excellent” by BREEAM

The IAK Building has been granted an “Excellent” ranking by the BRE Environmental Assessment Method known as BREEAM. With an overall score of 70.6% and high grades (above 85%) in Management, Health and Wellbeing, Energy and transport the certification has been graded Excellent.

LUXCONSULT S.A., charged by the Fonds de Compensation of the overall project management of IAK Building including the implementation of the BREEAM certification (design and post-construction) successfully supported the European Investment Bank in reducing its environmental footprint.
